Summary:
As a production operator in our Findlay, Ohio location you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment and machinery to manufacture high-quality packaging products.
You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team to achieve daily production goals while maintaining safety standards and quality control procedures.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate production equipment, including printers, laminators, slitters, and other machinery, to manufacture packaging products Monitor machine operations and identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others Maintain accurate records of production data and quality control measures Collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve production goals and meet customer demands Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes and increase efficiency Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience operating production equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods of time Job Type:
