Minimum (3) years' experience required in probate administration and guardianship files, including accountings.
Some of your specific duties will include, but aren't limited to:
Assisting with drafting, preparing, and serving various pleadings, discovery, and correspondence; Scheduling office meetings, phone conferences, depositions, hearings and mediations; Preparing attorneys for hearings, mediations, depositions, etc.
; Processing incoming and outgoing discovery documents; Managing multiple case files (electronic and hard copy); Heavy client interaction; Office administration (i.
e.
answering the phone, processing the mail, etc.
) Documenting billable hours for casework Puritas Springs software experience a plus Practiced in Probate and Trust areas Candidates should have excellent multi-tasking and communication skills.
This is a full-time, permanent position, which is available immediately to the right candidate.
