- Provide assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting - Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of the individual - Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals - Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences - Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and laundry - Accompany individuals to appointments or social outings - Engage in meaningful conversations and provide emotional support - Document daily activities and report any changes in health or behavior to the appropriate personnel
Qualifications:
