Onsite Resource Provider

The Onsite Resource Provider (or Onsite Provider) will perform grassroots social work and assist with providing immediate resources for behavioral and emotional health, family, wellness or other life challenges at one of our customer's locations.
Services are provided to employees at a distribution center/warehouse.
This position is a long term, contract position and has a pay rate of $35/hour.
This position is for two, 4 hour shifts per week (this is not a full time role - Provider will work a total of 8 hours per week) .
Candidates will need to be available to work 12-4pm Mon, Wed or Thurs, and one evening/night shifts 8pm-12am (the alternative is 4am-8am if candidate prefers).
There is some flexibility in the schedule for the right candidate!Primary
Responsibilities:
Provide resources for emergency food, housing and utilities as well as referrals for emotional issues, substance abuse, child and elder care, legal, financial or other issues Work in tandem with ComPsych Employee Assistance Program Assist in filling out applications and forms for housing and utility assistance and other community based resources to employees who may need help Build rapport with employees and onsite HR/leadership to foster participation and engagement in the program Qualified Candidates Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Psychology or Social Work or related field (Master's preferred) Social work experience, including in person assistance with local resources (i.
e.
assisting with food stamps, emergency assistance, housing assistance, domestic violence, utility assistance, etc.
) Thorough knowledge and understanding of community based resources Experience providing resources and referrals within a social work or mental health field, and knowledge of navigating community based service system effectively and efficiently Recommended Skills Employee Assistance Programs Finance Leadership Medical Emergency Mental Health Nursing Home Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
