The Social Media Manager should have a solid understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on each channel.
You will be responsible for creating content, managing posts, running ads, responding to followers, and ultimately meeting client goals.
Responsibilities:
? Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
? Create monthly social media marketing calendars aligning with client goals and objectives.
? Generate engaging content including posts, stories, reels and more.
? Execute organic and paid media strategy on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn.
? Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.
? Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information.
Requirements:
? Proven working experience in social media marketing, copywriting, or digital media.
? Strong knowledge of Facebook Business Manager
Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Twitter Ads Manager.
? Strong social media business management background for social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
? Understanding of B2B and B2C marketing for a variety of industries.
? Up to date on the latest digital technologies and social media trends.
? Ability to manage multiple clients in an extremely fast-paced environment.
? Strong interpersonal communication skills.
? Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
? Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
? Fluency in English.
Bi-lingual in English/Spanish a plus.
? BS in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media, or Public Relations.
