Site Supervisor needed in the Findlay, OH area.
Must be able to work 5AM-3PM, M-F or as needed and sometimes Weekends Job
Responsibilities:
Manage employees at their designated locations Communicating job expectations, monitoring, coaching, developing, training employees Enforcement of policies, procedures, and productivity standards Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, service, and operations information; identifying and evaluating trends and options; choosing a course of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes Build and cultivate employee morale, motivation, and loyalty Measure performance compliance and requirements and directs appropriate actions by personnel to maintain performance at or above required levels Manages allocated budgeted hours vs.
worked hours.
Daily management of staffing needs for designated territory:
absences, monitors turnover, and employee relocation Participates in employee concerns; reporting, follow up, investigating and disciplinary process and display the ability to apply solutions to resolve issues and/or manage conflict Capability to effectively use time management Required
Qualifications:
A valid Driver's License Valid car insurance Reliable transportation Management experience Experience coaching, mentoring, and training others Clean Team Rewards:
