, a custom injection molder serving the appliance and automotive industries, is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual for the following position in our Findlay, Ohio molding division.
JOB Overview:
This position performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work in answering telephones, receiving the public, providing customer assistance, data processing, and record-keeping.
Additionally, assisting various office personnel as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED Good organizational and communication skills Knowledge of computer programs; Microsoft office, Google Docs, Gmail Regular on site attendance Previous HR experience is a plus Bilingual in Spanish is preferred Excellent human relations and communication skills PRIMARY DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
(The following list does not include all duties and responsibilities) Answering incoming phone calls, screening and directing calls to appropriate personnel and/ or voicemail Greeting visitors courteously, determining their needs and directing them to the appropriate personnel, when applicable Maintaining document files for HR and other office personnel Data entry into HRIS system and manufacturing ERP system Assisting the HR Manager with functions in the HR department Manage and inventory office supplies Receiving, sorting and distributing all incoming mail; retrieving outgoing mail daily Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures Maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information All other related duties as assigned Regular on-site attendance is required
