Job Description:
Our client is looking for a dedicated NP or PA to join their family medicine team. With a focus on providing outstanding care to adults aged 18 and above, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the continuity of care and patient convenience. The position demands a minimum of three years of outpatient family medicine experience. The base salary is competitive and reflective of your experience and training.
Primary Duties and
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive family practice and pediatric care to the community.
- Manage an average patient load of 25 per day.
- Work collaboratively with a full support staff to ensure continuity of care.
- Provide convenient on-site services, including laboratory, pharmacy assistance, social work, and care navigation.
- Commit to long-term patient relationships while adhering to a sliding scale fee structure.
Schedule:
- Flexible working days and hours with a 'light' phone call rotation of 1:3.
- No hospital calls are required.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified NP/PA.
- Active Ohio license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of three years of outpatient family medicine experience.
- Proficiency with the Cerner EMR system.
- Commitment to a long-term role in family medicine.
