As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for:
Developing, implementing, and instilling HR policies and procedures
Managing and improving the hiring and recruiting of salary and production personnel
Promoting a positive work environment for personnel and improving employee relations
Working with supervisors and management to develop methods that improve employee morale, retention, and productivity
Ensure compliance with human resources policies
Developing and improving employee onboarding, orientation, and training
Assist with performance reviews of production employees
Requirements for the Human Resources Manager position include:
A four-year degree; HR training and certifications
Accomplishments as and HR Manager in a manufacturing facility
Experience recruiting salary and production personnel
Ability to implement HR policies and structure
Strategic approach to human resources and good vision for the future
Excellent leadership skills and positive outlook
