Summary:
Management Business Solutions (MBS) is seeking Regional Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and develop all faces of the CI function at the regional level. This individual will ensure all facilities implement and maintain lean initiatives in all production areas, as well as facilitate and improve all improvement projects related to safety quality and productivity.
Responsibilities:Responsible for reduction in customer complaints and product waste and an improvement in overall production through-put and efficiency
Manage multiple projects at a time
Work in-conjunction with customers, suppliers and all levels of management on various continuous improvement projects
Responsible for all documentation and recordkeeping that relates to any continuous improvement or related project
May be required to work all shifts from time-to-time
Comply with all safety, health and environmental regulations as prescribed by law
Travel 20 to 30% of the time to all facilities within the Midwest region
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business or engineering required; masters degree preferred
5 to 7 years of experience in the Continuous Improvement function required
Knowledge in MS Office Suite and SAP required
Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt Certification highly preferred
Experience with GMPs, HACCP, and SQF desired
