Position Details.
Driver is responsible in getting load safetly to store and back. 90% drop and Hook with occasional backhaul for Kohls.
Driver will Average 2200 miles a week. 99% of loads are drop/hook w/backhaul ever so often on return trip. We stay in a 250 mi area (all Ohio, central to eastern MI, western PA and NY, NW WV, Northern KY and western IN) Most of the trucks have EZ pass for tolls. Home time can vary dependingon route, could be weekly or nightly. Drivers will know the day before what loads are coming out.
Mileage pay 1 yr exp. = $.40 2 years = .41 and 3 years = .42 4 years = .43
1.Drivers that lives in Findlay would be through home every day. How much time would depend on customer volumes. Drivers that live 30 miles could be home 3-4 times a week.
2. This account delivers on weekends also-- Fleet manager works with drivers to rotate time off on weekends.
3.We do not have any more APU's-- There is plug in's in front of the shop in FY that we use for those that have this request.
4. This is all drop and hook deliveries. There are some reloads but are loaded by the customer. There is also detention pay after 2 hours at the backhaul customers.
