Maintenance Technician - Wellington Place
Woda Management and Real Estate, a real estate management, development and construction company based in the Midwest is seeking a Maintenance Tech for our Wellington Place property located in Ottawa, OH -- about a half-hour west of Findlay, OH.
This position is part-time (25hrs) with the opportunity for future career growth. Our organization specializes in affordable housing programs with particular concentration in the LIHTC program. We own and build our communities and take pride in their quality and appearance.
The ideal candidate would possess the following:
o Experience working in apartment maintenance or construction field
o Ability to maintain high quality site appearance and curb appeal
o Carpentry, electrical, plumbing and landscaping knowledge
o Will be required to be available for emergencies
o Ability and desire to provide a high level of customer service
