Area Manager

Clean Team, Inc. is looking to hire an Area Manager in Findlay, Ohio.
Summary: Area Manager will manage, schedule, and coordinate activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining commercial/industrial buildings. Responsibilities include: training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; communicating with customers; and addressing and resolving customer and employee issues.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets company's quality standards and promptly correct noted deficiencies.
Plan, prepare, and execute employee work schedules.
Meet with customers routinely and respond to customer questions, concerns, and requests.
Stock and maintain janitorial supplies and equipment in assigned accounts.
Train and instruct staff on policies and procedures and the use of equipment.
Monitor labor hours.
Perform and assist with cleaning and other duties as necessary.
Requirements:
Must have the ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and employees.
Must have the ability to quickly and effectively solve problems.
Must have demonstrated leadership abilities.
Must possess exemplary customer service skills.
Frequent travel (locally between accounts) required.
Prior management experience in the janitorial or other labor intensive industries is a plus!
Competitive salary, vehicle and fuel allowance, paid vacation days after 90 days with the company, and retirement program after 1 year of service.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
