Job Description:
Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Dishrack Manager opening to join our Manufacturing organization.

The Dishrack Manager will lead and manage in a world class dish washer assembly operation in Findlay, Ohio. This role is also responsible for strategically driving the area by forecasting changes, work, and capacity three to five years out. This is a great opportunity for a motivated leader with manufacturing and lean experience to lead, drive, and coach an organization to achieve safely, quality, delivery and cost objectives on a daily basis. Additionally, the leader will be part of a team that is driving lean transformation and engagement in an outstanding team oriented work environment.
What You Will Do:
Aggressively lead a large feeder organization to success
Drive and Support Lean Principles within the organization (Standardized Work, Continuous Improvement, Problem Solving and Coaching)
Select coach and develop exceptional leaders to support the manufacturing organization
Manage the business to deliver aggressive safety, quality, delivery and cost targets
Develop and implement Strategic plan that drive continuous improvement and add value to the customer
Qualifications:

Proven ability to analyze and process problems while providing an effective solution
Strong servant leadership skills
Efficiently use and coach problem solving techniques

Ability to coach and develop others
Degree in Engineering or Business
Ability to manage multimillion dollar budgets
