Function Overview:
This role will lead the Support Operations in day-to-day production.
The supervisor will be directly held accountable for all plant metrics of their assigned area.
The role will report directly to the Support Area Manager.
Responsibilities:
- The role will have multiple direct hourly leaders that they are accountable for each day.
Accountable for problem-solving downtime as well as all Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Engagement metrics. - Accountable for mentioned deliverable metrics, the Supervisor will also be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and providing leadership to all levels of hourly employees within the organization.
- Able to work any shift as needed
- Able to work any overtime as needed
Basic
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering
- 3
years of Manufacturing experience
Preferred
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing leadership experience
- World Class Manufacturing experience
- Technical problem-solving experience
